STEPHEN E. BIGHAM
President/Owner

Mr. Bigham began his roofing career over 28 years ago as an apprentice roofer. In 1978, he and Mr. Taylor co-founded Bigham Taylor Roofing Corp. Since then, Mr. Bigham has helped transform the company from a small residential company, into one of the most respected commercial/industrial roofing companies in the Bay Area. He is respected throughout the industry for his insistence on continually striving to install the highest quality roofing systems in the industry. In addition to his community involvement with organizations such as the Sea Scouts, Mr. Bigham takes an active role in a number of roofing industry associations.

DONALD E. TAYLOR
Vice-President/Owner

For over 35 years, Mr. Taylor has dedicated himself to the roofing industry. After apprentice training from 1966-70, Mr. Taylor held various production management positions, until helping to co-found Bigham Taylor Roofing Corp. in 1978. He is widely known as one of the leading technical experts in all areas of roofing technology. As our chief technical expert in production operations, Mr. Taylor's vast knowledge and experience are a key component in the company's ability to produce some of the most technically difficult projects in the industry.

MICHAEL C. MORENO
Vice-President/Sales

During his 25 years in the roofing industry, Mr. Moreno has progressed from apprentice roofer to a leading industry salesman. Since joining Bigham Taylor Roofing Corp. in 1983, Mr. Moreno has developed and maintained strong and intensive working relationships with head purchasing agents and chief engineers throughout Northern California and Northern Nevada. His enthusiastic approach, consistency, and excellent rapport with clients have enabled Mr. Moreno to successfully complete numerous large commercial roof installation projects.

STEVEN P. DUCHENE
Business Development/ Sr. Project Manager

Mr. Duchene brings 24 years of roofing experience with him to Bigham Taylor. His diverse background in roofing includes manufacturing, distribution, and sales. He holds both a Bachelor of Arts and MBA degree. Mr. Duchene has developed a solid client base of large commercial property managers during his twelve years with Bigham Taylor. Property managers and consultants have great respect for his professionalism. In addition, he served as the President of the Western States Roofing Contractors Association (WSRCA) in 1999, and remains active in that and other industry associations.

STEVE YOCHAM
Superintendent/Owner

After cutting his teeth as a roofing apprentice for Bigham Taylor, Mr. Yocham has been in the trades for several years and since 1993 a superintendent with Bigham Taylor. Since that time, Mr. Yocham's technical knowledge and project management skills have both become well respected throughout the industry on all types of low-slope and steep-slope roofing projects. Our clients continually comment on Mr. Yocham's ability to both produce superior roofing installations while also developing and maintaining excellent relations with the tenants, property managers, and consultants.

ROD FREITAS
Superintendent

With over 20 years of field experience, Mr. Freitas provides a solid technical background to supervise roofing operations. Mr. Freitas has performed all levels of roofing operations during his years in the field. Included in his experience is over ten years as a foreman at the highest levels of commercial roofing operations. His technical knowledge and personnel management are both key aspects in our operation. Mr. Freitas has gained a reputation for being committed to superior system installations and customer relations.

STEVE GALLI
Controller/Operations Manager/Owner

Over the past ten years, Mr. Galli has transformed our internal operations to allow the company to function as one of the most efficient and professional construction companies in the industry. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and an MBA degree from CSU-Hayward in Small Business Administration. Mr. Galli is well respected as one of the best in the business at working with project managers, consultants, owners, and suppliers to ensure that Bigham Taylor maintains the highest levels of operating excellence in the industry.

TRAVIS CLELAND
Service and Project Manager

Mr. Cleland spent his early years with the company as an apprentice roofer. For the past ten years, he has worked as a project manager and estimator. For the past five years, in addition to his regular project management duties, he has assumed the role of service manager. In this capacity, he coordinates all tenant improvement work, emergency repairs, and roof maintenance work. Mr. Cleland continually receives praise from all of our clients for his wonderful work at keeping them informed of the status of work being performed on their properties, as well as his responsiveness to their needs for prompt service for all of their tenant improvements, roof maintenance and emergency repairs.
